How are you different from every other AI consultant?

AI adoption is a culture problem, not a technology problem. Education alone fails — people leave fluent but with nothing to run. Consulting alone fails — you get artefacts no one on the inside owns. We're the only ones who blend both, inside your team, on your stack. Do you build software for us?

No. We don't sell software and we never will. We build the culture, artefacts and responsible-AI guardrails around whatever tools you choose to use — and we do build real automations and vibe-coded internal tools with your team, which you then own. That's why 'vendor agnostic' means something when we say it.

How does an engagement typically start?

With a 30-minute scoping call. No deck, no pitch. We map your team, your stack, and the workflows worth changing. If it's a fit, we send a short proposal within a few days — usually the AI Concierge, an Adoption & Implementation Sprint, the DotCom→DotAI Transformation Programme, or the AI Opportunity Diagnostic if you're still deciding.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both. Sprints and the workshop weeks of the Transformation Programme tend to be in-person. The Concierge runs remote.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Accepted Answer

The Concierge is monthly and rolling (two calls a month). A Sprint runs 2–4 weeks. The Transformation Programme runs 8–12 weeks. The Opportunity Diagnostic takes about 10 days from audit to readout.

Teams looking for a generic 'intro to ChatGPT' deck, or for someone to install AI software without changing how anyone works. There are cheaper providers for those.

Why don't you publish prices?

We publish ranges, not fixed prices: $1,000–$2,000/month for the Concierge, $5,000–$15,000 for a Sprint, $10,000–$30,000+ for the Transformation Programme, and $499–$999 for the Opportunity Diagnostic. Where you land inside a range depends on the size and complexity of the organisation.

Company size, the number of teams and workflows in scope, the depth of the audit, how many builds we ship, private vs cohort delivery, on-site vs remote, and whether regulated or sensitive data is involved.

Do you offer a starting-point engagement?

Yes. The AI Opportunity Diagnostic ($499–$999) or a month of AI Concierge ($1,000–$2,000) is a low-risk way to see how we work before committing to a Sprint or the Transformation Programme. The Diagnostic fee is credited against any engagement booked within 30 days.

Do participants need a technical background?

No. Every programme is built for non-coders — ops, marketing, legal, finance, leadership. Technical participants are welcome and tend to enjoy the workflow-design parts.

What tools do we use?

Whichever ones your team will actually use after we leave. Usually some mix of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and your sanctioned internal tools. We are vendor agnostic — the tools are ingredients, the workflows are the meal.

Will my team build real things?

Yes. In every format. Concierge calls ship a working automation each session. Sprints ship automations and vibe-coded tools around one workflow. The Transformation Programme ships production workflows across functions, plus the policies, review cadences and trained internal trainers to keep them running.

Under NDA from the first scoping call. Workshops use anonymised versions of your real artefacts. Nothing shared in sessions is reused with other clients without explicit permission.
