Why we believe
culture beats tooling.

Compounding | T started with a stubborn belief formed inside a fintech that scaled from a startup to $500M ARR and a $7B+ valuation. Every technology cycle rewards the same thing — and it isn't the tool.

The origin story is unromantic. An operator spent years inside a fast-growing fintech, watching what actually moved the needle as the business scaled from an early-stage startup to $500M ARR at a $7B+ valuation. Not the tools. Not the frameworks. Not the strategy decks. The variable, every time, was how the team's daily work changed.

That pattern repeated across every cycle he'd lived through — PC, web, mobile, cloud. Each one produced two groups. The organisations that institutionalised the change, and the organisations that bought the licences and waited. The first group compounded. The second is still waiting.

So here's the belief that Compounding | T is built on: AI adoption is a culture problem, not a technology problem. Education alone fails. Consulting alone fails. Education gives people fluency but no artefacts. Consulting hands over artefacts nobody knows how to run. The only thing that compounds is both, blended, inside the team.

AI is the most accessible revolution we've had. The interface is language. There is no new keyboard to learn, no SDK to memorise. And yet most companies are stuck where they were in 1996: a few enthusiasts ahead of the curve, an executive announcement, and a long quiet middle where nothing actually changes. The difference this time is speed — the model itself improves weekly. The gap between teams that learn together and teams that don't used to be measured in years. Now it's quarters.

Compounding | T exists for that gap. We help teams adopt AI the way organisations have always successfully adopted technology — by changing the work, not the wallpaper. A monthly Concierge cadence that keeps momentum. Sprints that produce working artefacts. A transformation programme that blends fluency, delivery and responsible-AI guardrails across the org. Everything we leave behind is yours, and it keeps paying back.

The tool changes every cycle. The pattern doesn't. Pick the cycle. Work the pattern.

A short timeline of revolutions

DotCom → DotAI

02
  1. 1984

Mainframes give way to the personal computer. Interfaces become the product.

  2. 1995

The web makes distribution free. Companies that learn HTML compound for a decade.

  3. 2007

Mobile rewrites consumer behaviour in three years. The flat ones won.

  4. 2015

Cloud erases the gap between idea and infrastructure.

  5. 2022

Generative AI lands. The interface is now language itself.

  6. Today

The cycle is faster. The pattern is the same: adoption + culture change.

Who runs the work

03
Founders

Second-time operators

We've started, raised, hired and shipped. We know what it costs to change how an org works — from the inside.

AI Startups

Built inside VC-backed AI

Shipped AI products at growth-stage startups making weekly bets on a fast-moving stack.

Enterprise

Adoption at scale

Led programmes inside enterprises with thousands of seats — turning licences into workflows teams actually use.

Big Tech

Big tech & regulated finance

Worked inside a fintech at $500M ARR and $7B+ valuation, where AI passes legal, risk and compliance before it ships.

Advisory

Boards & risk committees

Advised execs on what to do with AI, what to ignore, and where to spend next quarter's effort.

Multi-disciplinary

Engineers, design, policy, ops

Every engagement is staffed across disciplines. The answer is never just technical, legal or operational.

What we stand for

Our values

04
Value 01
Human-first.

AI augments people. It doesn't replace judgement.

The judgement, taste and context your team brings is the part of the work worth keeping. We optimise for the team that stays — the people who get sharper, faster and more curious — not for the headcount you removed. AI without humans is a demo; humans without AI is a ceiling.

Value 02
ROI you can point at.

Every engagement leaves artefacts your CFO can name.

Workflows, prompts, playbooks, guardrails — all yours, all reusable, all priced against outcomes you choose upfront. No vanity metrics, no certificate theatre, no "engagement scores". If we can't articulate the payback, we don't ship the engagement.

Value 03
Compounding, not consulting.

We train the trainers. Then we leave.

The point of the engagement isn't the engagement. It's the internal champions we leave behind, the system that teaches the next cohort, absorbs the next model, and lifts the floor again next quarter. Consulting bills you forever. Compounding pays you back every quarter we're gone.

Compounding opportunity, not just revenue

Our impact model

05

Every technology revolution widens a gap before it closes one. The PC, the web, mobile, cloud — each one rewarded the people who got to it early, and each one took a decade before the rest could catch up. AI is the fastest of these cycles, and the gap is opening quickest at the bottom: kids without access, adults priced out of retraining, families for whom "just learn AI" is a luxury, not a plan.

We don't think the answer to that is a press release. So we wired it into the business. A fixed share of profits, every year, funds AI-literacy programs for kids and adults in financial difficulty — practical, hands-on training in the same tools their employers (and their kids' future employers) are betting on.

If AI compounds opportunity, it shouldn't only compound it for the people who could already afford it.
